Not that I need another reason to boycott Wal Mart, but yeah, this is a big one. I've been boycotting Wal Mart for a long time now, mostly because of how predatory they are toward local businesses. They are one of the poster children for "Capitalism gone wrong" so I'm not surprised to hear this. I guess I'll keep on frequenting Target.
